Returns Period:

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure that the return process is initiated within this timeframe.

Returns Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following criteria must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must be provided.
  • Any accessories or free items received with the purchase must also be returned.

  • Include the return authorization and relevant documentation inside the package.

4. Shipping:

  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team using a trackable and insured shipping method.
  • The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be completed.

Approved Refunds:

Exchanges:
